More than 31 years of experience in facilities engineering, plant operations, accounting, marketing and sales of custom residential and light commercial construction.

Bob Niedermeyer, Vice-President
Over 36 years of experience in product development, conceptual and structural design, manufacturing operations and home construction.

Doug Thayer, Vice-President of Operations
Over 41 years of experience in design, construction and management in the residential, commercial and medical fields.
